This Privacy Policy explains how Brittany Wilson LLC, doing business as Made Whole ("Made Whole," "we," or "us"), collects, uses, and protects information about you when you visit our website at madewholepath.com, take our quiz, purchase our products, or enroll in our programs.

We collect information in the following ways:
Information you give us directly:
Your name and email address when you sign up for our email list, take the quiz, or purchase a product
Payment information when you purchase the Unstuck Workshop or apply to Made Whole Academy (processed securely through ThriveCart; we do not store your payment details)
Your responses to the quiz ("Why Do I Keep Ending Up Here?"), which may include information about your emotional patterns, relationships, and personal struggles
Your responses to the Made Whole Academy application, which may include sensitive personal information about your mental and emotional health
Messages you send us by email or through our contact form
Information collected automatically:
Basic usage data such as which pages you visit and how long you stay, collected through Squarespace's built-in analytics
Your general location (country or region) based on your IP address
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
Deliver the products, programs, and resources you have purchased or requested
Send you emails related to your enrollment, program logistics, or purchases
Send you our email newsletter and nurture content if you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
Determine which quiz result category best fits your responses and send you the corresponding follow-up content
Evaluate Academy applications and communicate with applicants
Improve our website, content, and offerings
Respond to your questions and support requests
We do not sell your information to anyone. We do not use your information for advertising on third-party platforms.
3. A Note on Quiz and Application Responses
The Made Whole quiz and Academy application may ask questions that touch on personal, emotional, and relational struggles. We take this seriously.
Your quiz responses are used solely to categorize your results and send you relevant follow-up content. They are not shared with third parties and are not used for any purpose beyond delivering your results and related resources.
Your Academy application responses are reviewed by Brittany Wilson and, where applicable, members of the Made Whole team involved in the enrollment process. This information is held in confidence and used only to evaluate your application and, if accepted, to support your participation in the program.
Made Whole is not a clinical or medical service. If your application indicates that you may be experiencing a mental health crisis or suicidal ideation, we will not be able to accept you into the Academy at this time. We will respond to your application with referrals to appropriate crisis resources.
4. How We Share Your Information
We work with a small number of trusted service providers to operate our business. These include:
Flodesk: email marketing platform that stores your name and email address and delivers our emails
ThriveCart: payment processing and course hosting platform
Tally Pro: quiz platform that collects and stores your quiz responses
Zapier: automation tool that passes your quiz responses and category results to Flodesk
Squarespace: website hosting platform
Vimeo: video hosting for course content
Each of these providers has their own privacy practices. We only share the minimum information necessary for them to perform their services, and we do not authorize them to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
We may also disclose your information if required by law or to protect the safety of any person.
5. Email Communications
If you join our email list, you will receive content from Made Whole including teaching content, podcast updates, and information about our programs. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
If you purchase a product or enroll in the Academy, we will send you transactional emails related to your enrollment. These are not marketing emails and are part of delivering the service you signed up for.
6. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account or enrollment is active, or as long as needed to provide you with services and communications you have opted into. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so within a reasonable time, except where we are required to retain it for legal or business reasons.
